We want every student to feel confident enrolling with us. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund process with no unnecessary delays.

1. Free Trial Class

Your first trial class is completely free of charge — no payment or credit card is required to book it. This trial is provided so you can assess the quality of our teaching before committing to a paid plan.

2. Monthly Subscription Refunds

We operate on a monthly pay-as-you-go model with no long-term contracts. The following refund terms apply to monthly fee payments:

  • Within 7 days of payment: A full refund will be issued if you have attended fewer than 2 classes in that billing month.
  • After 7 days: Refunds are considered on a pro-rata basis for classes not yet delivered, at our discretion.
  • Technical issues caused by us: If a class is cancelled or interrupted due to a fault on our side, you will receive a full class credit or refund for that session.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Classes missed by the student without 24-hour advance notice to the teacher
  • Payments made more than 30 days prior to the refund request
  • Disruption caused by the student's own internet connection or device
  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, infrastructure outages)

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within the applicable timeframe:

Please include your full name, the email address used to register, and a brief reason for your refund request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. We process refunds to the original payment method used.

6. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by notifying us before your next billing date. Cancellations made after the billing date will take effect in the following month. No penalty or cancellation fee applies.

7. Sibling & Special Discount Plans

Fees paid under sibling discount or special promotional plans follow the same refund policy above. Discount amounts are applied to the paid fee; refunds are calculated on the actual amount paid.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
